Huge shout out to Ms. Christina and Mr. David for helping us with resizing my wedding ring set. They were very helpful and nice. Answered all of our questions. Can’t wait to go back and try on new jewelry.

We’ve been customers of this Zales location for more than 10 years! Nothing but positive experiences every time we visit. Christina made my latest purchase seamless and my wife very happy when I upgraded her wedding ring for our 25th anniversary. We highly recommend working with Christina on your next visit and purchase. She’s like family!!

Adrian was amazing and helped me pick the perfect ring for my fiancé. He really made the experience personalized and made me feel welcomed. I visited other jewelry stores in North Star and no one offered me any help. Thank you Zales, Adrian was the best!

Christina was very helpful with my exchange of my hoop earrings today. She made the process very easy and went over and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. She even cleaned my diamond earrings that weren’t even purchased from Zales. Very happy customer. Would definitely be returning for future purchases

Christina did an excellent job! After being told for years, at multiple other Zales locations, we could not order us a custom band she gave us the information to do so. Also cleaned and inspected my wedding ring thoroughly instead of a rush job. great customer service!

Great experience at Zales in North Star mall to day with David Garcia. I was looking for a durable, functional but not attention drawing watch for my military Airforce son. David knew everything I needed to know and showed me the solar powered G-Force watch. I will definitely be back again!
