- Automatically generated landing pages for businesses

3. Use of Service

4. Business Listings
4.1 Information Accuracy
Business information on our platform is gathered from public sources, third-party APIs (including Google Places), and user submissions. While we strive to maintain accurate information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any business listings.
4.2 Claiming Your Business
Business owners may claim their business listing to update or manage information. By claiming a business, you represent that you are authorized to do so and that the information you provide is accurate.
4.3 Removal Requests
Business owners or authorized representatives may request removal of their business listing by contacting us. We will process such requests in accordance with applicable laws.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Our Content
The Service and its original content (excluding user-provided content and public business information), features, and functionality are owned by BizMapDir and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2 Third-Party Content
Business information, images, and reviews may be sourced from third-party services. We respect intellectual property rights and comply with applicable laws regarding the use of such content.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BizMapDir shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
- Any content obtained from the Service
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. BizMapDir does not warrant that:

8. Third-Party Links and Services
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by BizMapDir. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
Social platform integrations: BizMapDir publishes business listing content to social platforms including Pinterest and TikTok using their official APIs. Use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service, and your use of BizMapDir's publishing features must comply with them. BizMapDir is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by Pinterest or TikTok. You may disconnect a linked platform account at any time, which revokes our access and deletes the stored credentials as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
