I'm not sure how, but this is the best breakfast in Frederick, all things considered. Maybe you can get something more fancy, maybe you can find something cheaper, but you won't find anything this high quality for such a great price. From now on, I will only ever eat breakfast here when I am in town.

Lovely and calm, sunny little lunch café in the lobby of an office park building. Nice sandwiches, baked goods, and some fresh lunch selections, but no fresh coffee or drinks. However, there is a decent selection of bottled/canned coffees, teas, and other beverages. Prices are reasonable, and staff are friendly and helpful!
