Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Huge thanks to David who helped me arrange a same day pick up for a new sub woofer. Videopro will always be my first choice due to their competitive pricing and great customer service. Thanks again

David was recommended by a friend & was an absolute breeze to deal with. Communicated really well, provided quotes efficiently & even had the TV’s I purchased delivered within a few hours. If couldn’t recommend David & the team @ Videopro highly enough.

We had a fantastic experience at the Newstead store, with Adam helping us to choose the best surround sound system for our new home theatre room. I would highly recommend going to Videopro Newstead before anywhere else if you need top shelf AV gear with friendly service and great pricing. Jacob helped me out a lot with everything to do with my new projector and am very happy with it. Thanks again, Steve.

Highly recommend this store. Was greeted on my walk in, had a look around as the store is so perfectly laid out (I already knew what I wanted). I then went to purchase the items I was after which then I was greeted by Adam who went above and beyond to help me. I had multiple Visa gift cards that …

I would strongly recommend going to Videopro Newstead for the top quality audio visual equipment products you want to purchase as they have friendly, knowledgeable staff. Your journey will be smooth, top level, as I have experience with Adam, Jo, and other staff. I mainly dealt with Adam from start to finish with recommendations and enquiries with his expertise that …

My partner and I felt really looked after, and the setup we ended up with works brilliantly. His customer service and honest approach made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend seeing him if you …
