The food here is far beyond a standard pub meal! The decor is fun and quirky from decades before and the staff are incredibly friendly. Magnificent hotel. The history and artwork is superb. The very very special think for me was the dessert lemon tart. Magnificent. Normally I drink beer and red and main course. But the dessert was spectacular. Highly recommend.
