Excellent. I visited 5 stores and couldn't find what I needed. Union Square Supply was my last visit. They didn't have the type of cable lock I wanted, but they solved my problem by making one!

Nice workers! They found the right screw for my missing screw in my suitcase and even installed it and tightened the screw on the other end. Muchas gracias por todo!
They can do ALL THE KEYS and have gardening stufd, household and cleaning supplies, tools and locks. So much better for keys than the stupid machines that don't cut right. This is your new go-to spot.

Went back to return a vise grip and the service was excellent. The manager was extremely helpful. I was in and out of the store in a handful of minutes, got the perfect item, and satisfied with the service. Would recommend, and the manager was a huge help
