Update: we had Trademark back to install a new matching dishwasher, range, and range hood. The work included a new full electrical line for the range as we switched from a "dual fuel" to a full gas range and only needed a 120 outlet. The fit is excellent, all materials and trash removed, old appliances disposed of, all working. Thank …
I planned on taking a fiberglass one piece shower out that was original with my house construction. My best friend, who happens to be a contractor, was adamant about using Onyx shower pans. The problem is that you can no longer order them at a Big Box Store. They now have to be ordered through direct dealers. Most of the …
We had a fantastic experience working with TradeMark Construction. Vasilios was incredibly responsive from the beginning—he met with us for a design estimate and shared a wealth of useful information during that initial session. Throughout the process, the team demonstrated great flexibility, helping us adjust the project scope to stay within budget without sacrificing quality. Communication was consistently excellent, with …
Nona was very thorough in measuring rooms and windows and spaces for different counters, etc. She is pleasant to work with. I look forward to see her design plans.
This review is long overdue. About 6 months ago we had Trademark complete our kitchen renovation. The journey started with my wife and I being on the fence about using a design & build company. My wife is a pasty chef and finding a team to work with her stylistic vision and practical components of a kitchen was difficult. After …

We hired TradeMark Construction to renovate our kitchen and family room. No contractor has ever spent one-quarter of the time that Vasilios (the owner) spent with us or done any better work than them! If you read nothing else, know that there is NO ONE better than TradeMark and Vasilios!! They are incredible and we can’t be any happier!! Vasilios …
Trademark did an excellent job with constructing my house. Travis was proficient at supplying excellent vendors and companies to complete the construction. The construction was completed on time and without any flaws. Almost six years from my date of occupancy, his work has withstood the test of time. Aside from power and window washing, the house has required no additional …
A few years ago we used Trademark Construction for our kitchen and bathroom renovation in Columbia MD and we were very happy with their process , design and installation . This year we used them again for our kitchen renovation for the new home we purchase the beginning of the year. This time Vasilios came up with a better design …
We could not be more thankful that we chose to work with TradeMark for our recent master bathroom remodel. Everyone we worked with from the initial design/planning phase to construction itself was respectful, detail-oriented, and kind. Vasilios the owner was involved and helpful as well from start to finish. We had a clear vision for the bathroom we wanted and …
