Had the best cocktail I’ve ever had at an airport from bartender Wilson (and I fly a lot). Had the Bourbon Mule and it was DIVINE!! Also enjoyed the chopped salad with chicken. Great service and surprisingly nice vibe for an airport!
Recommend the tuna tartare; the portion is generous. It's located near gate A6, which is less crowded and offers a peaceful environment for waiting for your flight. The bar can get a bit crowded, making it more suitable for small parties. Newark terminal A is much more modern compared to the other terminals.
Food was delicious; had the tuna tartar, its best if you eat with fork as plantain is tiny. Salad amazing and huge, Italian melt yummy. Sheila’s service was amazing and great recommendations where offered to me, can’t wait to eat the cheesecake and the melt on the plane

Stop here on my layover and BART was the man. Look at this presentation, and the taste was just as good. He hooked me up with a cold glass and gave something to clean my glasses. Very nice experience to bad I’m not from round here!!!!!
Antonio makes one of the best martinis (Hendricks’s dry martini) I’ve had - particularly at an airport. He takes his time to be precise and I really appreciate the effort. Anytime I’m at EWR, I’m coming to Town Bar + Kitchen to get a drink from Antonio. The quesadillas are great too!!
