Nice place. Great rooms for self dog wash. My dogs love the water buffalo horns. If you hadn't stopped in at this new location, go and check it out. Your pups will love it.

The staff is wonderful. I bought dog food the day before my dog died. I had opened it. I brought it back & told them what had happened to my dog. Not only did they give me my money back for the food, a day later I received a beautiful flower arrangement! That was the most thoughtful thing any store …

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the lakeway location! They have x3 self wash bays for your pups. You can reserve them ahead of time online as well. Super convenient! I go during the week when it is less busy too. I wish the Four Points Tomlinsons had self wash bays too but Lakeway isn’t too far!
Great store with friendly, helpful people! Today we used the self serve dog wash station. Includes all the shampoos, conditioner, grooming tools, aprons and even treats! Easy in and out.
I'm come here for all my pet needs, SUPER friendly staff EVERYTIME! The staff is knowledgeable and helpful... often pointing out things i did not know about. Great place to bring your fur ball for a bath, their dog wash facilities are impeccable. Tons of food options, too many for me, toys and treats abound.
I bring my dog here about once or twice a month for a bath and I absolutely love it!! The staff is super friendly and they give my dog all kinds of attention. Most of all I love using all the products they provide for the bath. It just makes it so much easier than baths at home.
Amazingly helpful and friendly people greet you upin entering the store, and offer to help find and even retrieve goods for or with you to lighten your load. They even deliver for no charge! Conveniently located with parking right at their door. Highly recommended!
My 8 pound Morkie wanted to shop this store. She loved it! The staff was nice and helpful. The made suggestions that were perfect! they have lots of good treats and toys and flotation devices and beds and even some dog wash stations. I highly recommend this pet store for your puppy child's needs.
