Truly a local oyster bar, and my first experience. Sadly, I’m not an oyster fan, especially not raw. However, my husband loved the oyster chowder, and I had probably the BEST snow crab legs ever! Food was excellent. Our party got the seafood combo. Fried shrimp was excellent. It was raw oyster night. My husband loved them. I got the mussels in spicy sauce…excellent. Service was fantastic; kitchen was slow, but the wait was worth it. Will be back!
I have never been here before even though it is blocks from where I live. The food was amazing, service was friendly, and atmosphere very relaxed. Prices were very affordable. Our waiter was Gabriel. Will bring my family here in the future.
This place is charming, great food great bar maids good cooks. Had the coconut shrimps and the jalapeno and regular hush puppies and they were excellent. Great atmosphere, very nice people to mingle with.
The staff is awesome so friendly. They make you feel like you’re home so welcoming and the food was great the oysters and the seafood combo I had was spectacular. The food was actually pretty decent, and the waitresses were genuinely nice—friendly in that easygoing, down-home way that makes you feel welcome right away. The place definitely had a bit of a redneck vibe… which, honestly, is exactly the kind of atmosphere I enjoy. It felt casual, unpretentious, and comfortable.
Went for bingo night was awesome. Our bartenders Gabe and Nicole were the best always smiling and having fun without us. Gabe got me hooked on the Cajun oysters thank you guys for a great night.
Fresh seafood, great prices, and exceptional taste. The staff took orders and provided attentive service even though the food was slow. I understand how the front-of-house staff felt being pressured by customers due to the delay. they truly did their best.
