Excellent gym! Trainers are top notch. I have been with these trainers for a few years and never thought I could run a 5k and as of today I have run 5 marathons in 4 years and numerous 1/2’s. All thanks to the trainers at the Trinity who believed in one step at a time and anything is achievable!
