I highly recommend this meal service! Every meal I have had is healthy but delicious (i.e. not so healthy as to be bland, not so rich-tasting as to be unhealthy) with perfect portion sizes- and the price is very reasonable. Great customer service too- thanks Strong Kitchen!

The Strong Kitchen has been a lifesaver for me as a resource. The prepared meals help to give me time back in my schedule and meet my nutrition goals.
