It's a good gym with good amount of machines. Cross trainer, cycling, others. You can come and do your workout easily. Trainer is nice and good with support and knowledge. You won't feel bad coming here. Good environment and feels safe.

It is a very good gym with an experienced trainer plus the behaviour of every staff is really appreciable.

I am going to this gym from almost 6-7 months, and was overweight 25 kgs before I joined but after this I never had to face such problem. With the help of my trainer I lost 19 kgs weight in six months,my trainer was very helpful during the sessions.The machines was very accurate and the environment was good to excercise
