This is The Dive Bar’s Dive Bar. Not for all tastes, but a happy mixture of good people who like to play pool & have a beer. Or two. Friendly people, of all sorts, sizes, and interests. It was a joy to find a place so authentic.

Frank was very accommodating and friendly. Cheap prices and great staff. The food was delicious too. It is a smoking bar, though. They do have skeeball and pool and huge Jenga, as well as a punching machine. Would definitely go back!
Now that Frank is gone it is an amazing atmosphere. Pool tables, amazing bartenders, friendly service, and even good bar food! I've never felt more comfortable in such a relaxed, cool little hang out spot. Quickly becoming my favorite little bar in Johnson City!!

Was staying at hotel near by and was told this was a great dive bar to go too. I wouldn't call it a dive bar but more of a neighborhood bar. Great place. Bartender was Eddie. This guy was slinging drinks left and right when the bar could of used 2 bartenders, but he kept up. Always had a smile. …
Very nice place, with a nice assortment of drinks. They have big delicious food options well at least if you look at their nacho bowl. The only downside is that inside smoking is allowed which can be annoying for some folk.
A friend and I stopped in and played a couple games of pool it was pretty early about 5 and 6:00 in the afternoon there wasn't a ton of people there at that time and the drinks were good and everybody was friendly I would definitely go back.
