What a treat to finally have a bakery in Fruita. A gold mine. I am very impressed with the quality of the bread and bakery products. I purchased the Mother sourdough bread. A chewy interior with a crispy crust and a true distinct flavor. European quality. Every bit as good as being in Italy. Imagine if they made pizza.
Went there with my daughter to try it out, glad we did! Their sourdough is delicious and their pastries are divine!

Everything was delicious. We enjoyed a potato knish, a chocolate croissant, coffee and an absolutely delightful chai with agave and oat milk. Outstanding. We may be back tomorrow!

We love this place! Everything was beyond delicious. The atmosphere is lovely as well. Clean, bright and airy. We split a beef Empanada, a Potato Gouda Knish and a cup of Carrot Ginger soup. Will definitely be back! Thank you for the creativity that you put into your food.

Absolutely loved this bakery and the pastries they sell. Probably the best scone I have ever had (nut & date) plus the coffee was tasty and nicely brewed. My breakfast at The Bread Mine was an amazing start to a full day of Mountain Biking around Fruita.
