Our movers from Sven were efficient, professional, and friendly! They were good sports about dealing with a storage bed that was tricky to dis/reassemble. I recommend being as thorough as possible in updating your inventory list pre-move and highlighting any unique access challenges (long walks, steep ramps, etc.)
