We had this Persian restaurant cater our wedding for 250 guests, and they absolutely blew us away! The food was beyond delicious, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Our guests are still raving about the kabobs, rice, and appetizers! What really stood out was their amazing customer service. The team was professional, organized, and so kind throughout the whole process. They …
Simply delicious. Our group of friends enjoyed a variety of starters and entrees, beginning with a salad and sampler platter, which included an incredible Mirza ghasemi (eggplant based). Having never been before, I went with the lamb shank and was blown away. A few friends had the soltani, also full of flavor and generously portioned. I flew over 2,000 miles …
My friend recommend this place to me and after looking at the menu, I decided to go there. It was on a weekday and there were not many customers inside, maybe 3 tables. The staff were super nice and attentive. They recommend dishes that were great and when they brought the foods they saw that I had airpods in my …
DELICOUS! Amazing options and incredible portions. My new favorite place to eat, EASY! I got the Mast o Khyar (I am craving more as I type this) & the Beef Barg, my friend got the Chicken Barg. Also the saffron tea was PERFECT. Absolutely going back to try more!
Delicious food, attentive service, outdoor seating (and dog friendly). We were impressed at the amount of food given with the kebabs, and the flavors were fantastic. The lemon chicken kebab was our favorite, though they were all good. And the tiramisu for dessert was a perfect finish. We'll definitely be back!
Just had our lunch at Sumac Cafe and it was wonderful! We had beef and chicken Koobeedeh kabob, Tahdig (topped with Gheymeh stew) and they were all excellent. As hot beverage we had saffron tea and mint tea and had Saffron ice cream as dessert, again very good. If you are in Salt Lake City and craving Persian cuisine, look …
5 stars is way too low for this restaurant. As someone who regularly eats Persian food and was visiting from Las Vegas, the quality of this joint is unmatchable. You can tell the Chef takes their time and cook. If your in Salt Lake City area and you don’t eat here, your gonna miss out.
It was our first time trying Persian food, and my mom and I absolutely loved it! The restaurant is beautiful, with lovely music and a great atmosphere. The service was excellent, and we really appreciated the recommendations. Most importantly, the food was delicious. We also tried their Persian teas, which were amazing. We had such a wonderful time and would …
Absolutely delicious food, and it was served very quickly!! Our server was also really friendly and helpful when we were unsure of what to order. This was our first time eating Persian food and we will absolutely come back here again. This is a great place to go for a special occasion. Absolutely try the saffron ice cream. Literally everything …
Never had Persian cuisine before and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. The waiter was extremely helpful giving recommendations and explaining the food. The interior is very nice and feels like a very formal place to eat but the dress code was relaxed. I strongly recommend getting the dolmas and pickled vegetables for the appetizer. And you need …
