This is the only grocery store within walking distance of us and I am so grateful it is. It's always clean, fast checkout and we love the fried chicken from the deli as a special treat for dinner some days.
I love Smith’s. They do a great job and offer their balance of products with savings. Cashiers (like Zack, who has repeatedly inspired this review) and pretty much all their employees and managers are top notch. I really appreciate their hiring good people with some disabilities from the community, in such a lovely way.

I ordered pick up and it was amazing. 10x better than Walmart. Also their associate Serena was very personable and kind. I think she deserves a raise. She was put together and very neatly dressed. She reminded me why I like shopping at smiths.
Among the grocery stores in Provo, it is my first choice. With my Smith's Rewards card, I can get competitive price on many items. It is busy most of the time, but friendly personnel who make it a great experience anyhow. I particularly like the produce area, and I got a photo to show how nicely they stack everything.
