Most importantly, the Korean food is very delicious, with a rotating menu, and healthy. Everything is fresh, and there is a pick up or delivery option. Highly recommended!
Silgaban had some delicious meals . I tried the tilapia fish cakes they were very tasty. The service they provide helps saves time and money from grocery shopping and the food is healthy not greasy . They have a convenient location for pick up and delivery.
I have to say this is probably the best Korean meal prep service I have encountered so far in the Bay Area. I can feed my family including my 2 yo toddler, knowing that ingredients are fresh, organic and without added MSG. Considering the quality, the price is very reasonable.
