Sean Patrick Builders, LLC

I have used SPB for both residential and commercial projects, multiple times. I am always impressed with the quality of the work. I would continue to use and recommend them.

Built with Sean Patrick Builders about a year ago and we couldn't be happier. The details in Sean's craftmanship and Mallory's attention to detail with lighting, fixtures, and decor is unmatched. If we had to do it again we would definatley choose SPB.

Sean produced a gorgeous home. I waited a long time in life to build and every morning wake up grateful for this lovely place. His contract was easy and fair. He “gets” design and artfulness intuitively and cares deeply about proportion, balance, and beauty in his homes. Thanks, Sean!

Sean has done several projects for us including building an attached garage in front of the existing garage, a complete kitchen remodel, redoing 2-bathrooms and building a pool house. He is extremely talented and pays attention to detail. I would recommend him to anyone!

I called to inquire about the cost to build with them and got so much more than expected. Sean was patient and broke everything down with me over the phone including all that went into the pricing. He even went as far as offering to walk us through one of his current builds. He was very friendly as well. These …

I have known Sean for years and contracted with him to finish our basement after buying our home in Ottawa Hills, OH. Sean's work ethic, drive and sense of design and style turned our dungy, uninviting basement into a bright and inviting space. It's so comfortable that when some of our adult children come home, their preference is to stay …

Sean Patrick Builders saved our day, month, year! The painters we had out to paint our kitchen and family room discovered a leak that soaked through the drywall. We contacted a couple of different contractors who wouldn't take on the job because they did not do insurance work. The insurance company would not cover the chimney and flashing fixes that …

Sean and his crew are great to work with. They build a great house and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel or build a new home. I've gone through the building process a few times and I think Sean's attention to detail and quality make him one of the best (if not the best) in the …

We had an outstanding experience with Sean Patrick Builders. After reaching out to them with a concern about whether a wall in our home was load-bearing, the owner personally took time out of his busy day to come over and assess the situation. He provided us with a clear and professional evaluation, all for free. This level of customer service …
