I had a great experience at this store. While they did not have the product I was looking for, I had a genuine and down-to-earth chat with Ken who is an employee of the store. Ken was very courteous and helpful. Given the customer experience, I will be sure to come back here in the future.

Bought a pair of ASIC superblasts from here, Chris was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about running! I was told I need stability shoes before based on one of those machines but he took a video and that didn't seem like a problem for me.

WOW! Genuinely got the most amazing customer service I had to write a review. I was helped by people who were extremely knowledgeable and didn’t stop until I found the right shoe for me. I didn’t feel like an inconvenience or dismissed which happens a lot in retail. Love this place!

This place gives bespoke foot assessments and the staff are all knowledgeable and engaged. I've never had a better shoe buying experience, 11/10. I was helped by Jacob and Ishaan and they were professional and inspired my confidence in my purchase.
