On my impressions, they do, prices are fair as well. We needed a good hardware store in this neighborhood, and now we have one. I do recommend.

Best hardware store in Brooklyn. Brought my bike into the store because I needed spacers for my rack. Mario built the spacers on the spot with some wood, a drill, and an honorary degree in mechanical engineering. Better than any bike shop would have done, and only cost $5 highly recommend
