I finally got a chance to visit during Smorgasburg, and I wish I had gone sooner. Somewhat difficult to find, ROW is tucked back where the old American Apparel warehouses are. The ROW is great. Love Gladys Tamez’ hat shop, The Scent Bar, all the restaurants are excellent as is the coffee along with a bunch of other interesting shopping. Gated, secure, clean with plenty of parking. Best place to hang out and shop in DTLA. Highly recommended.
Great dining! Unique and sublime shops! A cute tree lined fun stroll. Parking in the structure is validated by some businesses. We visited Flask and Field for a free mezcal tasting which was amazing. The Rappahanock restaurant was amazing too! The shops are nice and exclusive. Great place for a date!
