The staff are A1 and are very accommodating. The text messages and emails were so appreciated as I had just had a very poor experience with another flower company who showed a lack of care. After my initial Review the customer service team got in touch and reorganized a new bunch aswell as chocolates to be sent out to my wife. first experience extremely sour, hopefully will be fixed on 2nd delivery. ***went above and beyond to fix the issue - 2nd delivery was A1.
We used the flowers for my sisters wedding and also for her actual wedding bouquet. Beautiful selection of native Australian flowers and such wonderful quality. I was very impressed and happy they arrived same day even though I ordered a little bit later in the day and she lives pretty out of the way. Thanks again!
