Public Storage

Tracy the manager at this location on Ten Mile is the best. She has the answers, listens to what you’re wanting and then finds it for you. Great morning spent as she got our New Covered area for our RV. Great clean facilities for sure, great diagonal back up into covered spots so we couldn’t be happier. Thank you Tracy …

Monique deserves a raise! She went above and beyond to show my mom and I multiple units, prices, and options to give us what we needed. She even postponed her lunch to help us out! Thank you so much Monique!

The best customer service I’ve encountered! Jennifer & Ricardo were extremely helpful and hands with everything I needed. The property is well put together!

Ricardo was great. Explained the whole processes and gave me a complete tour of the unit I made an appointment for. Was able to complete the process and walked me through how to access my new unit. Great first experience renting a storage unit.

Very pleased with the service that was provided by Ricardo! I honestly felt very welcomed and impressed with the service and cleanliness at this public storage location. Definitely a 5 star location and can ensure you that at thai location you will be in good hands!

The Arroyo Pkwy. location in Pasadena was one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had applying for the rental of anything (apts., cars, etc.). BUT, the icing on the cake was Sara’s warm greeting and guidance on the app-driven entry and exit from the building.
