Best coffee in CHS. Their beans are freshly roasted, very fresh, and perfect medium blend. Drinks aren’t too sweet either, just slightly to get all flavors across. Focaccia bread may be top 3 I’ve ever had with good crispy outside but perfectly doughy soft and moist inside. Great herby flavors. So much seating, and fast service !!
This was a gem of a find for delicious coffees,teas and homemade pastries. They roast the coffee beans on site to acquire the perfect balance of various blends. We were driving back to our Airbnb when I noticed Prophet and immediately knew it was a coffee shop. We decided to stop by this morning, and I’m so glad we did. Phenomenal coffee, great environment, convenient location and super friendly baristas! The batch brew here is maybe the best I’ve ever had. It’s fruity, chocolatey, and bursting with flavor. The lattes are delicious, and offered in decaf if that’s your mojo. Syrups are fresh and tasty. Didn’t try the baked goods but they look fun.
