I was looking for some healthy bread and came across this place, so I visited yesterday and the sourdough croissant was sooo delicious! The cashier was also incredibly kind and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back often. Highly recommend!
Can’t get enough of Proof Bread Sourdough! They also offer extremely affordable coffee. I love my latte + chocolate croissant breakfast here!
Love this place! Friendly staff, excellent bread, pastries, pizza, sandwiches, and coffee/matcha beverages. Rosemary twists are elite as well as the sourdough. I recommend the honey lavender syrup in a matcha. Can't leave out the lemon curd danish. Big fan!

I visited Proof on Mill today. Thankfully many of their delicious baked goods were still available. I bought a ham and cheese croissant and added onion jam. Absolutely love this bakery, I have been buying bread and pastries from them since they used to be at farmer’s market. Their quality is amazing and consistent over years. I love this new location setup and the staff are amazing. This will definitely be my new favorite spot for snacks and lunch at work.
