I loved the food. All the choices we got were very delicious, the pork belly is soft and chewy and their chili oil is very good. I recommend the coconut lime slush!
The food and drinks are delicious. I tried the red and green chilaquiles with scrambled eggs and the cilantro pesto sandwich accompanied by crispy french fries. Both were delicious! The orange and strawberry mimosas were refreshing! I will definitely be returning to try their other items.
Visited Vaca Brunch on a Saturday and got sat fairly quickly. They have both outdoor and indoor seating and the host/wait staff were very friendly and attentive.
