ALWAYS a pleasure the team is quite literally AMAZING. Wish everyone in the city supported this shop. Will be back a million times
Been going to this place for a few years now and will absolutely keep going! The crew is so freaking nice and they always have what I need in stock. They even give amazing recommendations when you need. For example, I have a min pin who will try to swallow the last little bit of her bones and it makes …
First time walking in and I'm amazed! Very friendly staff and healthy array of fish, birds, and reptiles. Can't forget the unbelievably reasonable pricing!! Highly recommend getting your next pet here and all the necessary supplies.
I breed dragons so I’m always in here buying bugs and other needed items for my pets. They are the absolute best! So personable, always willing to give advice or help, great prices, and rarely out of stock with whatever I need. There isn’t a single person that works there that isn’t friendly and eager to help. Highly recommend for …
Wonderful staff and quality options from treats and toys to food (and items I've never seen in other pet stores, for example: freeze dried quail eggs). Love the vibe here! I'll definitely be back ☺️👍🏽 …

The best pet store ever, period. I've been coming here since I was 19(17+ years), and the staff is extremely knowledgeable, and kind. It's a family business, and the atmosphere goes along with it. I commonly make the trek there from a good 50 minutes away just to grab some pet food and say hello. You guys are the best! …
Love this place so much. The food is always fresh and my pets love it. Definitely a staple in our house to have things supplied by this local store!
We had such a wonderful experience at this pet store today. It’s so refreshing to walk into a small, non-chain shop where you can truly feel how much the staff cares. Both employees were incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They took so much time with us, answered all of our questions without rushing, and walked us through everything we would …
Pet's General Store is such a fun place to visit. The staff is friendly, helpful, and willing to answer any questions you may have. Stepping into this nostalgic store gives you that warm feeling of a " mom and pop's store. They also have the sweetest, cutest parakeets around.
