Staff is friendly and attentive. Responses to my inquiries are received within 24 hours or less. Couple issues over the 2+ years my fur baby has attended were resolved with reasonable explanation and discussion for future actions. I’d recommend for boarding and day care. Watching my baby throughout the day is a comforting and fun experience.

The Pet Care Plus team does such a great job with groomings for our dog - he always looks great and they take great care to make sure they are grooming him to our preferences. Highly recommend the PCP team for your grooming needs!
