I actually ate on the bar side (The Pub) this time and it was great!! Sat at the bar and the bartender Jen introduced herself immediately and was very nice. Had great service the whole time and food was delicious.
The owners are very good people, the food is very good, and the waitress staff is friendly.
All their choices are very good. There was one time I ordered something that didn't turn out so well and they replace it with another choice and didn't charge me for the first choice as a good restaurant would do. They have a really good skirt steak dinner and breakfast

We recently had breakfast for lunch here. My omelette was perfect coffee was very delicious and our waitress Jaiden was the best💗 in most places customer service is a thing of the past the Paragon is blessed to have a waitress like Jaiden thank you Paragon for the good food and the good service, definitely will be returning💗
Love this spot. Like most Greek restaurants, they serve a wide variety of foods. All solid options. My favorite is the jalapeño and chorizo skillet and the flaming saganaki cheese. And their lemon rice soup is good.
