There are very rare occasions that a restaurant that you so fondly remember from years ago manages to maintain the magic, the quality and the vibe that made them so special. Especially with growth and a new building. Pancho is an absolute gem of Ballarat. Authentic to the cuisine and themselves. The vibe is amazing. Prices reasonable. People amazing. And …
Sister to our Favourite Meigas ... Pancho did not disappoint!!! Vibes for days, with Food and Service to match.
Fresh, delicious tacos and the corn was incredible too. For $65 - 2 people, we shared an entree and 6 tacos and was full. So good, I’ll be back if I’m Ballarat.

We tried the empanadas, the "Corte del día", the Provoleta, the Papas, the Elote …
We dined here to celebrate my partners birthday. I ordered the Pabellon Criollo in the vegan option and it was one of the best meals I’ve had! My partner ordered an oyster, street corn, lamb skewers and the chicken tacos and enjoyed them all. The staff were very friendly and accommodating 🩷 It was a busy night with a particularly …
