This store's employees are all helpful and friendly. I had 4 keys made, and all 4 work perfectly. I also found 2 cool books called "Ohio Legends" by Jeff Wilson that I bought and look like interesting reads.

A great store with helpful employees. They can help you find anything fast. They are still wearing masks and asking customers too also which is a little ridiculous but this place is convenient. They have a great U-haul service also.

Have very good stock and knowledgeable staff. If someone doesn't know the answer, instead of faking it like some of the big box stores, they refer you to another staff member who has good knowledge on a particular project. Great little hardware store. Impressive selection for it's small size. The staff are always friendly and helpful, which is such a nice contrast to the big box stores. Very convenient place to fill up propane too. I'm so glad to have a hardware store like this in the neighborhood!

This place is great. Everytime I walk in I’m greeted within a minute or two. Not only that, the staff knows where everything is and has real knowledge on the products and doesn’t push you into selling stuff you don’t need

We went in to get some stuff for a project at work and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Way better than the big box stores. Friendly cashiers and associates. Was greeted immediately and offered assistance as soon as I walked in the door. Very impressed! Try getting that level of service at Lowes or Home Depot. I will definitely be back. The older sales associates were the best. I felt like Dad was helping me with a project.

Got a couple knives sharpened there. Took a couple days but whoever did them knew what they were doing! Great job!

This is the best hardware store in town. They are well stocked and there's always someone there to greet me at the door and help me find what I'm looking for. Their ability to locate random nuts and bolts is uncanny.
