NOA Cafe

We absolutely love this place! Love the windows and atmosphere! The food is just amazing! The coffe and especially Mocha latte is probably the best one we have had in Portsmouth and most other cafes, and we’ve been to many! Definitely worth a visit if you’ve never been!

This place was amazing. I stumbled upon NOA on a day trip to Portsmouth and was immediately impressed. I got one of the toasts and the vegan carrot cake. The meal was absolutely delicious. I sat outside, but the inside would have been just as enjoyable because it was so cozy, quaint and comfortable.

I have only ordered delivery so far but they have the absolute best gluten free bagel breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. Literally feels like chewy bread. 10/10 Edit: Have visited in person and it’s such a vibe! Love the outdoor seating!
