Mondou

The reviews here make me laugh. A customer who was forced to buy cat food for their dog? Seriously. You can tell there's a lot of competition between pet stores in the area… Personally, I really appreciate the employees. They're friendly and always helpful.

The manager is a sweetheart and her knowledge of the products is unparalleled! My cat was throwing up all of his food and she gave me advice and everything is sorted! Mr. Henri is in great shape and his coat is so soft. Thank you!

I had a truly wonderful experience with Alexanne's service at Mondou in Sainte-Agathe for choosing the feed for my two dogs, my Tibetan mastiff and my husky. Alexanne and her dynamic team were incredibly attentive and competent. The welcome is super warm and you can feel that they really take care of the animals. I highly recommend it for anyone …

There are always exceptions in life, and Donatienne is one of them. I received so much more than just customer service; she has a true calling. I will never go to another cat shop again. Thank you, Donatienne, for your invaluable advice.

What a team! If all stores could offer service like theirs, we'd be thrilled! Alexanne always has boundless energy and is a wonderful listener! Thank you, Mondou!

I love the Mondou in Sainte-Agathe. The service there is truly exceptional. Every time I visit, I always receive excellent advice and a warm welcome. Honestly, I've never experienced such good service anywhere else.
