We chose this bakery for our wedding cake and, so far, I couldn't be happier! Beautiful location and baked goods, friendly staff, and to-die-for donuts.
I stopped in with some friends for a doughnut and boy were we pleasantly surprised. Of course we first noticed the case of incredibly creative and amazingly tasty doughnuts. Katie and her crew make my family feel so welcome and appreciated every time we come. The food and drinks are always made correctly and delicious. They always take time to check in, say hi, and listen. We support Mitten Raised, always.
Mitten Raised is my favorite morning breakfast spot in East Lansing. They have great coffee with a rotation of seasonal drinks. The El Rito (black bean, sweet potato, avocado, egg wrap) is my go to breakfast or lunch when I stop in. It is mainly a bakery, so they have great donuts, cookies, brownies, and more!
We ordered the OG Cinnamon rolls and a few doughnuts. The cinnamon rolls are light and fluffy with a lucious frosting. The doughnuts were great too. Highly recommend.

This place has all the baked goodies! I love the home made cinnamon buns. So, many other treats made fresh. The hours can be a little weird on weekdays but always looking for this place on the weekend if I'm in the area.
The muffin is so moist and soft, with the perfect amount of sweetness and berries, I really loved it. Coffee has a lot of flavors to choose from. Service is great :)
