The Mitchells stores should have a six star rating for excellence. They are perfect in every way; their kind and generous service, gorgeous clothing/accessories and the pure pleasure of shopping there is heaven. You will never go anywhere else once you’ve been to a Mitchells store.

I heard a lot about Mitchell's and took the recommendation from a friend. The best way that I could put this is you're treated like a client and not a customer here. Sort of the difference between a Honda dealer, and a McLaren dealer. Jared was spectacular. great customer service and the products are fantastic. best of the best.

This luxury store is absolutely incredible. Their customer service is what sets them apart from all other retail stores. Owned and ran by the local Mitchell family; they make sure every customer is treated like part of the family.

Honestly, one of the most pleasant shopping experiences in a B&M location in a long time. Everyone is patient and helpful and there is no sales pressure what so ever. Was asked several times If I would like coffee or water. Check out was personable. Will be back.

Very nice staff, they greeted me, told me a little bit about what I was looking and offered to get me a cocktail, water, or a coffee. After that, they let me walk the store by myself without following me around.The perfect way to be.
