Menzis

A Menzis fan. Friendly staff, a well-functioning customer portal, and we've had our health insurance there for years. Hopefully, we won't need to use it much. But so far, we're satisfied with Menzis.

I called Menzis! The people I spoke to on the phone were super friendly and gave good advice. She advised me to see a doctor. Another problem solved. Best, Jan Hoogesteger

Clear information about everything you're entitled to from perhaps one of the best health insurers in the Netherlands. Personally, I think it's a shame they hired this director.

A friendly staff member who answered my questions clearly. No long wait times by phone. I'm very satisfied and switched to Menzis, partly due to the comprehensive coverage of their insurance.

When you come in here, you're welcomed like a king (so to speak). On paper, I was tricked, but that's not the fault of the people who welcomed and helped me. I called today for information about the Fisjo reimbursement, what I had left, they helped me nicely through the Menzis app, I did not know, so you could see how much I have left, I can use it, really top server, they take the time for everything, just explain …
