My daughter and all of us have been with Dr Geoffrey Au for more than 10 years. She is soon 10 years old. Dr Au is outstanding and very knowledgeable. MediCentral has a great customer service. They are multi-language. The centre is clean, quiet and the team always make sure all patients have mask.

My family and I have been coming here for over 20 years, they were located in another building before moving here. Many of the doctors do not bulk bill anymore but many do still bulk bill and are excellent.

The medicentral is located at the centre area of CBD near town Hall station of Regent place shopping centre, the upstairs of townhall KFC. The centre is providing GP, pharmacy, physio & chiro, vision eye, TCM, x-ray & MRI and specialist services. The centre opens 7 days a week.
This clinic is amazingly thought out in terms of layout and operations, the whole experience is streamlined and systematic from the moment you step in to the moment you step out. The reception staff is remarkable; friendly, helpful, patient and very notably efficient. Many thanks, team!
