My husband & I had a great dinner experience here. The Food was amazingđ. For appetizers we had the Fish Ceviche & Maximum Salad, main dish we had the Seafood Soup & Fish of the day, we each had a Cocktail drink. Our check was $104USD đ«ą.
First time visiting Maximus Rooftop. Thanks to the server named Luis, the experience was amazing. The food was fantastic. Luis helped with picking from the menu. He knew the menu and the food details. I hope Luis is my server when I return. I look forward to having more from this menu and the lovely ambiance.

I absolutely love this place. The food, the views and drinks are delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant. It truly gives you the Santiago experience. Parking is easy and the decor is picture worthy. You must try this restaurant.
Maximum Rooftop was the perfect place to share a special moment. We had great cocktails, good conversation, and a laid-back vibe that made us lose track of time. Watching the Monumento a los HĂ©roes de la RestauraciĂłn light up at night gave the evening a romantic touch. What started as a simple night out turned into a really beautiful memory.
