My favorite gym in Hawaii! I started going there shortly after it opened up. I trained for my first powerlifting competition and my first strongman competition with the people of this gym . Awesome people and atmosphere! I look forward to going back there and armwrestling one of the owners there again.
Solid gym, alot of equipment to take your lifting journey to the next level. Would recommend for more experienced lifters.
