I always have great time at the mall.
My daughter loves this mall and hanging out with her friends there. There is a lot of shops open and thriving it seems like.
K Pop Joy was a great store with great customer service. There was a great selection of items, and just overall had a really nice vibe.
I went during the week, it was Nice and cool, and they have plenty of seating throughout the mall. Everything was open and not crowded. I did see an ATM and they have plenty of sales going on.

I love West Covina Mall but some of them are not open wish they could add more stores open such as video stores, Japanese bakery and Mexican bakery and cafe and meals.
Will most definitely go back when there is more time to browse and make a purchase that I am satisfied with. On a different note, it was clean, not too crowded, familiar layout and totally affordable.
Big mall, very nice and clean. Had a great experience.
