Great local business that carries high-quality, species appropriate diets for dogs and cats. Also has a nice selections of toys, beautiful locally made driftwood trees, and very knowledgeable staff! AND THERE ARE STORE CATS! Sometimes adoptable ones, too!
Madcat is my go-to for all cat supplies. I adopted my first cat at a cat fair there 5 years ago, and since then have kept coming back. They are always friendly when I ask for advice, and I appreciate the reusable litter container program as a small way to save on waste.

I am a daily regular at the east side Mad Cat. I love this store, not just for the very wide variety of cat food, beds, carriers, and other feline necessities, but the knowledge and hospitality of the employees.
Love this store for my cats - best selection of toys, treats, beds, litterboxes, everything! I go a couple times a year and always find something new. Today, a store cat was demonstrating a treat game! They also have great dog supplies.
