The Pesce Crudo, Bucatini Amatriciana and Bitter Leaf Salad paired well with the Chalou Riesling. The deconstructed Tiramisu was a surprising highlight. The waitress was more than happy to explain each dish on the menu which was mostly in Italian. A highly recommended dining experience when visiting Orange.

Very good service. Raw place, but with charm. Food quality and balance in flavors above average. However if you are not a fan of chili, make sure to let the staff know as the cooks use chili oil in every dishes (including pastas!), although it is not written on the menu.
