The product is so amazing! Been vegan for 4 years and can only digest organic wheat therefore so luck to of found this company!
Lokal was my favorite place to eat in Williamsburg and I miss it deeply. There is no other business in the area that pays so much attention to the provenance of the ingredients...and then makes such goodness with them. I'll be crossing my fingers for another cafe one day, but in the meantime, hope to time my visits to town …

Awesome bread and service! A few weeks ago I tried a new type of cilantro bread and it was delicious but a bit different. Ended up making French toast peanut butter sandwiches with it and it was amazing! Definitely can’t recommend these guys enough and I’ve never had a bad experience with them.
