We visited with some friends from out of town for breakfast, it was divine. The pancakes are out of this world, big and fluffy. Everyone loved their coffee and cold brew tea I had was so refreshing. If you looking for quality foods you may like this! The complexity of the dish is amazing. The rainbow trout cooked perfectly soft and not fishy at all, after adding zest of lemon, it was super nice. Pork collar seasoned perfectly and tender, served with creamy potato puree. The portion is perfect. Veggie choices was outstanding. Coffee was okay.
