Got here three hours late for the appointment. We got our gate a few minutes of parking at the security gate. Docked at the gate. About 40 minutes after docking they started unloading us! Everyone from the security guards to the dock staff have been super friendly and professional from start to finish!

Checked in at 11:34am got loaded at 12:30pm less than an hour. Generally speaking, an hour to load in a live load is pretty quick. I also liked the front desk lady so pretty and so friendly. Oh that was a false alarm they sent me a text but then told me to wait for a phone call probably another …

Very professional,my appointment was for next day at 7:30 am,and i came a day before at 3:30 pm,they checked me in right away and they gave me a door.After hour and a half i was empty.Nice job guys.
