Leonard's Bakery

Leonard's is always a classic and must-visit spot when I'm on the islands. Their malasadas are always piping-hot fresh, delicious and worth the long wait! My favorites are the cinnamon sugar, original and custard-filled. Parking can be a bit difficult to navigate, but other than that, I will always find time to come back here!

These are basically filled donuts. Were extremely delicious. We got the half dozen with guava, custard, chocolate, and cinammon sugar flavors. They were made to order and warm a d super soft they melt in your mouth. They were pretty big. I was expecting like donut holes but they were huge. A must when in Hawaii.

OH MY GOSH, this is not a hype! The Malasadas are freshly cooked after you order, still warm to touch when eating it, very soft and fluffy doughs. Also the filling inside is delicious and is not over powering, not too sweet and not artificial in flavour. Staff at the counter were patient and nice as-well.. OVERALL a MUST TRY …

Gloriousness in a baked pastry! Our favs are the guava and macadamia nut ones but hey, picking a fav is like picking a favorite child. You cannot go wrong!
