Had trouble with bathroom, but they were very accommodating.

Clean. Handicap room that was actually suited for a handicap person. The cleaning staff, desk attendant, and morning manager returned my wife’s wedding rings that she left behind accidentally!! They easily could have pocketed the rings but they were honest! So thankful!

Hawthorne never disappoints. The staff is friendly from check in to check out. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. Pleasantly surprised it was a great stay. Clean nice suite room the check in was great that staff member was super nice and answered our questions and the continental breakfast was fine. If i could add something would be scrambled egg bacon and sausage but for the price cant complain
