Wow! Just wow! I live in Tampa and found LaBloom online. They actually answered the phone (I called 3 others who did not answer) and were very pleasant. They arranged a beauty floral design for my mom’s 80th birthday. The bouquet and balloons were exquisite. They are my go to florists in Shreveport! Highly recommend!!!!
